Personal data processed during communication are deleted upon expiry of the statutory retention periods if the controller has no legitimate interest in further retention. In any event, data are continued to be stored only if they are truly necessary for the corresponding purpose. Personal data are anonymised as much as possible.

2.3 Newsletter
You may subscribe to an e-mail newsletter to receive additional information about the operator. You are required to provide only your e-mail address. Additional information to personalise the newsletter is optional
We use what is known as the double opt-in procedure to distribute the newsletter. This means that you receive a newsletter by e-mail only if you provide your explicit confirmation in advance that you wish to activate the newsletter service. The provision of the data is neither required by contract nor by law. Non-provisioning means that you will not be able to receive a newsletter.
Personal data processed for the purpose of advertising are deleted if the controller has no legitimate interest in further retention. In any event, data are continued to be stored only if they are truly necessary for the corresponding purpose.
 
2.4 Registration
If you wish to register at the Controller’s website you can create an user account. In order to do so, you need to provide the following information:

The provision of the data is required for registration and communication with the Controller. If you do not provide the Controller with your personal data, the processing of your registration can not be performed..

The personal data processed within the scope of registration will be deleted after the statutory retention obligations have expired, unless the Controller has a legitimate interest in further retention. In any case, only those data will continue to be stored which are actually absolutely necessary to achieve the corresponding purpose. As far as possible, the personal data will be anonymised.

2.5. Cookies
The Controller uses cookies in order to collect and store data. Cookies are small data packets that typically consist of letters and numbers. The cookies are stored on a browser whenever you visit a website. Cookies allow the website to recognise your browser again, to track your surfing through various sections of a website and to identify you if visit the website again later. Cookies contain no data that identify you personally but the information about you stored by the operator may be attributed to the data obtained by and stored in the cookies.

The legitimate interest of the Controller is to optimise the presentation of his website. The legitimate interests of the controller involve the provision of a website that contains no errors and the opportunity offer visitors the best user experience. However, provision of your data is not prescribed by law.

You can choose whether your data should be stored for further job offers or not. 

The data will be used by the person responsible for the application procedure. After registration you can log in with your user name and password and follow the application procedure. 
 
The data will be stored by the external software provider Umantis AG in St. Gallen (Switzerland) and processed by the person responsible for your application. 
 
The Controller processes your data for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure. The admissibility of this processing is governed by § 26 BDSG (new), according to which personal data of employees may be processed for employment purposes if this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. If you do not provide the requested information and documents to the Controller, he can not consider you in the application procedure. The provision of the data is contractually prescribed.
Application documents received by the Controller will be kept for 8 months after rejection, unless the applicant has given his consent for longer retention.

2.8 Google Fonts

On this website the operator uses external fonts via the Google Fonts service by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland and its parent company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Via this service, website use information (e.g. access date and time , IP address, etc.) is transmitted and stored to Google servers in Ireland. Furthermore, data may be transferred to the USA. Data transfer to third counties, such as the USA, is permitted under the provisions of Art. 46 DS-GVO and on the basis of standard privacy and data protection clauses included in contractual relationships with Google. These are approved by the European Commission and guarantee adequate protection of your personal data. The operator uses Google Fonts to enable the use of external fonts for improved website presentation.
 
Legal basis for the use of Google Fonts in terms of terminal device access is § 25 para. 1 TTDSG (consent). Permission of external font use for improved website presentation is further based on Art. 6 (1) a) DS-GVO, according to which related personal data processing has to be agreed to by the responsible person for one or several specific purposes.

The operator does not store any personal data via the Google Fonts service but Google will store data in accordance with own Google privacy regulations. For further information please see the privacy policy and terms of Google use.

 
3. Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Objection and Data Portability
3.1 Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)

Upon request, the operator shall provide information as to whether your data is being processes. The operator endeavours to respond to requests for information expeditiously.
 
3.2 Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to request from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
 
3.3 Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 para. 1 a)-d) applies. 
 
3.5 Right of Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data concerning that is based on Art. 6 para. 1 e) or f), including profiling based on those provisions. The controller shall no longer process your personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms or if processing is used for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. 
 
Where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
 
Where personal data is processed for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to Art. 89 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.

When accessing this fanpage, Facebook Insights Data (statistics on access to our fanpage) will be provided to us by Facebook. Those statistics do not allow us to identify you personally and / or to assign you to your Facebook user account.
 
This feature is an integral part of our User Agreement with Facebook, which means that we cannot unilaterally decide whether the Insights Data are collected or not.

The legitimate interests of the controller involve the evaluation of data gained by Page Insights as well as to understand user traffic on the fanpage and thereby improving the service offered by the fanpage. 
 
The Insights Data are provided to us anonymously. This means that the personal data collected is modified, so that it can only with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and manpower be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person or your Facebook user account. If you are registered on Facebook, provision of your personal data is contractually required. The provision of your data is therefore mandatory. Consequence of failure to provide is that you cannot use your Facebook account.
 
If you are not a registered user to Facebook, provision of your personal data is not contractually, nor legally required. However, failure to provide may result in the restriction of the access to our fanpage.
 
2.2 Communication with us via the fanpage
The fanpage also allows you to contact us via the chat function, like buttons and the opportunity to comment on our fanpage. When getting in touch with us, the name is displayed, which is stored in your Facebook profile as a user name. The legal justification for such processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR under which processing is lawful when it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.  The legitimate interests of the controller involve the processing of data for the purpose of communication with Facebook users. 
 
The provision of your data is neither statutory, nor contractually required nor required for a contract. You are not required to provide this information. However, provision of the data is required in order to contact the operator in the described way. The processed personal data will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention periods, unless the controller has a legitimate interest in the further storage. In any case, only those data will be stored that are absolutely necessary for achieving the corresponding purpose. If possible, personal data will be anonymised.
 
3. Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability
As part of the use of the fanpage, you have the right to assert all rights described in this chapter both to Facebook and to us. You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing when one of the requirements of Art. 18 para. 1 a)– d) is met.
 
3.5 Right to objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data that is based on Art. 6 para. 1 e) or f), including profiling based on those provisions.
